Hub North Scotland comprises Alba Community Partnerships – a joint venture of Equitix, Sweett Investment Services and Galliford Try Investments – Scottish Futures Trust and 16 Northern Territory Partners, working with local suppliers and contractors to deliver quality buildings and services.
Hub North Scotland establishes a reliable framework for the procurement and development of projects in the Grampian region, the Highlands, Northern Isles and Western Isles territories. The projects typically consist of local authority education, healthcare and community infrastructure projects.

In December 2012 Equitix and their consortium partners were selected as the preferred partner to develop, construct and manage projects through the Hub South West framework. This structure enables the smooth procurement and development of projects by the Scottish Futures Trust, the public sector body responsible for developing PPP/PFI infrastructure in Scotland under the Non-Profit Distributing structure. The Hub South West region includes Dumfries & Galloway, East Ayrshire, North Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Irvine Bay territories & typically consists of projects in the local authority education, healthcare and community infrastructure sectors. Financial Close has been achieved on several projects to date including:
