Our Funds
Equitix Fund I
Equitix Investment Management closed Equitix Fund I in March 2010 with £104 million capital commitments sourced from eight local authority and corporate UK pension schemes.
EFI has made 15 infrastructure investments across the healthcare, education, street lighting and leisure sectors and became fully committed as of December 2010.
Equitix Fund II
Equitix Investment Management is currently in the process of raising capital for Equitix Fund II.
