Equitix is continuing to develop a portfolio of PFI/PPP assets, mainly from new primary market opportunities as they are secured through the competitive bid process, and supplemented by acquisitions of suitable operating projects.
A range of investments to be included in the long-term Equitix strategy will involve the major PPP sectors of Health, Education, Social Housing, Criminal Justice, Highways and Government Accommodation.
The initial portfolio of assets successfully managed by Equitix includes the recently formed Equitix Healthcare brand.
