Equitix is continuing to develop a portfolio of UK government infrastructure assets from primary market opportunities as they are secured through the competitive bid process, and by acquisitions of suitable operating projects.
A range of investments to be included in the long-term Equitix strategy will involve the major infrastructure sectors of Health, Education, Leisure, Social Housing, Highways and Government Accommodation.
